ATLANTSHIPSERVICE S.L., a firm specialising in providing integrated services for the operation and maintenance of maritime and off-shore terminals, was founded in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on August 2, 1994.

The said firm was a joint venture between two firmly established companies, with many years of professional experience in maritime services in the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. ATLANTSHIPSERVICE, S.L., began providing its services in commercial ports, quickly achieving a prime position in the market, one of the basic objectives of the Board of Administration. The greatest competitive advantages the firm had to offer were the high quality of its services and the standards it required in matters of safety, security and environmental protection, as well as an innovative spirit that allows the firm to adapt to new trends and continue to expand in order to offer an increasing number of high-quality services in this sector.
